Northern Line Evening Closures Cancelled

Good news for all evening socialites, the

planned closures of the Northern Line won't be going ahead.

The line was due to close every evening in the summer (and potentially onwards)

from 10PM for planned upgrade works. Local traders were particularly concerned

as to how the closures would affect their business and so

are undoubtedly pleased about the cancellation.

The rest of us will most likely also be pleased the we shant struggle to get

home if we stay out past the terribly late hour of ten. So everybody wins. When

they're planning to do the work instead is yet unknown.
