My girlfriend and I popped into the Carephone Warehouse in Hampstead, only to be greeted by two staff who were too engrosed in their own conversation to bother acknowledging us, and when they did, we were communicated with in grunts and half-hearted suggestions. Go to O2. They were nice.

ReportYea theyve got a bit arrogant as a company.
The guys in the Vodafone shop up the road are very helpful and ive never had a problem with that network.

ReportI went in here the other day and it was pretty scary. The staff are slightly intimidating (and very uninterested in what you have to say.) Go to O2 up the road instead. They're lovely!

ReportI've always found Carphone Warehouses a little rough around the edges. We had to go into this branch to sort out a broken phone which, we forgot, we had signed up to with Carphone Warehouse. Turns out that they were hugely unhelpful and we didn't get our issue solved. Would highly avoid Carphone Warehouses. Back in the day, they were good for cheap deals, but now they aren't much cheaper than just going straight to one of the mobile provider's actual shops and dealing with staff who treat you like a human being.
