I went to Dim-T for the first time the other day. I had previously been put off by trying my friend's take-away from there and finding it mediocre, but need somewhere to eat on a Saturday evening that wasn't packed (though it seems we just beat the rush, just after arriving it filled out very quickly!) To agree with Laura_Jane's review, the decor is definitely the best thing about Dim-T (not saying the food's bad though...) It's cosy and friendly. The food on the other hand wasn't the best I'm had in the genre, but was very satisfying. Don't expect a cheap night, especially if you throw in a bottle of wine. It's not the sort of place the average person and pop to to just grab a quick bite. But at the same time, it's not a bank-breaker. So go on, treat yourself...

DimT has a great ambience and wide menu. The Dim Sum are good however it slightly falls down on the quality of the rest of the food which doesn't taste quite as good as it should. If you are just looking for a quick meal at reasonable prices DimT is a good option but for fans of asian food might be dissapointed.
