Summer brings the rise of the festival. There's something about music outdoors that makes it so much more enjoyable. I must say I'm a fan and an interesting line-up is being brought to Hampstead's Kenwood House from the end of June.

Blondie opens the concerts on the 21st of June
The line-up is as follows:
26th June - Blondie
3rd July - Rufus Wainwright
10th July - Diana Krall
17th July - Will Young
31st July - TBA
7th August - Kenwood Summer Proms presents Vivaldi's Four Seasons
14th August - Jamie Cullum
21st August - The Last Night of the Kenwood Proms with Faryl Smith and Wynne Evans
All of these shows are Saturday evenings so there's no need to worry about having a late night! If you're interested in tickets you can pop over here. I have to say, I'm pretty interested in heading down for a couple. Maybe a bit of Will Young. I hear our friend Jeremy Clarkson's a massive fan.
However, the question is how do the local residents feel about these nights? Do they disturb them or is it something they enjoy?
