Treat Yourself in Hampstead

So we approach the end of the summer. Looking at the weather

over the last two weeks it seems it may have been and gone, especially seeing

as we’re entering September now!

             However,

before everyone returns to the rat race, take one last change to treat yourself!

Of course everyone’s idea of a treat varies drastically, but something relaxing

and self indulgent should suffice!

             The obvious

treat is of course a visit to a spa. Until recently, anyone in Hampstead would

have had to head elsewhere for treatments and pampering. However, there are now

two spas available to the residents of Hampstead (and of course anyone who

fancies popping round!)

 Natura Day Spa

             If you’re

looking for the full package, Nature may be a little on the expensive side.

It’s £115 for 75 minute facial courtesy of Dr Sebagh’s anti-aging formula

(apparently that’s a good, and rather rare thing in London). There are however cheaper treatments

that may not damage the wallet as much, and being located right opposite

Hampstead tube station makes it easy and, hopefully, stress-free to visit.. Do

however book in advance as walk-ins are unlikely to get a treatment.

 Pacifica Day Spa

             Located

just up the road from Heath Street,

Pacifica Day Spa is the newest

treatment spa in Hampstead. Reviews so far seem to be pretty good and the best

thing is, as they’re new, it’s easy to find money off either on lastminute.com

or pop over to Wahanda for 25% off!

 And If Spas Aren’t

Your Thing…

             Of course a

trip to a spa isn’t for everyone. Of course we’re spoilt for choice in

Hampstead by an extensive selection of restaurants. The most popular and highly

rated at the moment seems to be Gaucho for those who are partial to a steak. One

place that is incredibly popular at the moment however, especially amongst

famous residents of Hampstead (Helena Bonham Carter is a frequent visitor), and

would come under the category of ‘guilt-free treats’ is Yoghurtry. They’ve been

serving frozen yoghurt to the residents of Hampstead for about a month now and

it seems to be rather popular!

             So there

you have it. The schools are back on Monday and the world will return to

normal. So make sure you get some you-time before you return to the real world!
