We had some dealings with Foxtons when we moved house a while ago. They were, to be honest, the easiest to deal with out of all of the estate agents who we spoke to. We didn't end up signing anything with them, so maybe we dodged a bullet there according to Custer, but don't have anything bad to say about them when it comes to viewing properties.

ReportMy girlfriend and I moved house last month and I thought I would post a quick review on Foxtons. We ended up putting in an offer for a flat with them, which we were very happy with. What we weren't happy with however was how Foxtons dealt with us. When we were first looking, they were helpful and patient. However, once we put in an offer on our flat, they became ridiculously pushy! Needless to say, getting together all of the paperwork to complete an offer takes time, what with references etc, but they were calling each of us at least twice a day to see 'if we'd sent it through yet'! It got to the point where my girlfriend ended up yelling at them as they kept ringing her during work and it was verging on harassment.
Yes, Foxtons efficiently completed the deal, but not without inflicting unnecessary stress upon us with their constant pestering. And when I say constant, it got to the point where they were ringing me more frequently on a daily basis than my own family members and loved ones...
