New Street Signs Grace Hampstead

It seems that the work on Whitestone Pond has been completed, and I have to say it's not looking bad. (I've popped some pictures up here.) The Heath and Hampstead Society are continuing to fine-tune the local landscape and, as some of you may have noticed, the latest additions have been some rather vintage looking signs.

One of the Newly Designed Signposts
The idea of the signs is to aid visitors in navigating Hampstead's streets and attractions, as it's not the most logically planned out area. At the same time, Robert Linger, the brains behind the operation, wanted the signs to fit in with the current style of Hampstead's street furniture. The renovation of Whitestone Pond followed a similar plan and, from what I can see, seems to have been met with a positive reception so far. But what's the general consensus?
