Valentines Day Ideas in Hampstead - Part One

Valentines Day is next month and it's never a good idea to let it slip through the net. It's unlikely to go unnoticed. Hampstead is a great place to treat your loved one, and over the next few weeks, we'll be recommending places to go and things to do!

    In the meantime, one recommendation that needs mentioning is Carluccio's Valentines events. Carluccio's in Hampstead is a great venue for a Valentines meal in the first place, though book now or risk not getting a table. They will be serving a special Valentines menu between Monday 13th and Friday 17th February. If, however, you don't fancy going out and want to treat your loved one yourself, Carluccio's is running a Valentine's Meal Master Class. Taking place on the 25th January, the £35 class promises to deliver the wow-factor with delicious Italian home cooking. Carluccio's chef will teach participants how to prepare a starter of Cestino di Parmigiano Reggiano con Insalatina, a light and tasty salad in a delicate parmesan basket, Risotto con Scampi e Prosecco, an impressive Langoustine & Prosecco risotto for main and Tartufi di cioccolato con sorpresa, beautifully wrapped chocolate truffles with surprise fillings to end. The class shall be relaxed and all guests shall get to eat their dishes, whilst enjoying two glasses of wine.

    On top of this rather nice idea, Carluccio's also have a nice selection of Valentine's gifts, including chocolate roses, extravagant chocolates, or even a Valentine's Hamper to take home for a completely stress-free evening.
