Residents can give views on Somers Town regeneration

Somers Town residents are being invited to give their views on priorities for regenerating their area, as part of the Community Investment Programme.

In Somers Town, where the Council owns a large amount of land there is much that could be done to improve the area and a number of opportunities the Council would like to discuss with the local community.

The consultation, which is now open, asks residents to list their priority areas such as open space, housing or schools as high, medium or low priorities.

Come along and tell us about what is important to you. There will be council representatives from housing, community safety, parks and economic development on hand to talk you through the consultation and tell you more about the proposals for the area.

The consultation findings will then help inform further work in Somers Town which will look more closely at specific project areas.

Residents will receive their questionnaires in the post, and for those who prefer to be consulted digitally, the survey can be completed online at We Are Camden

There will also be opportunities to talk to officers about the priorities at consultation events around the Somers Town area over the coming weeks:
