New affordable homes in Hampstead area are now open

The first phase of affordable homes in the new King's Cross Central development are now open.

Rubicon Court provides a total of 78 affordable homes at King's Cross Central - one of the most substantial regeneration projects in Europe.

All 78 affordable homes have now been let.

More than half of the 78 affordable homes have three of four bedrooms and include seven wheelchair-adapted properties.

A further 24 shared-ownership properties are also provided at Rubicon Court. Seventeen of these properties have been sold so far – all to Camden residents.
