Following Camden's decision to close Heath Library at the end of March, a group of local people have formed a new charity to run it as a community library. We will reopen in April 2012 as Keats Community Library.

It will have all the facilities it has at present but we plan to make it a much more exciting place. Not only can you borrow books (you'll need one of our library cards) you can come in and read the papers and a wide range of magazines - there's even a coffee machine - and we have CDs and DVDs to rent.  The children's library is very popular, with Ryme-time sessions for toddlers,  There are computers with internet access, and wi-fi for students to do their homework in a quiet place.

The new Keats Community Library will hold literary evenings and fundraising events with celebrity authors.  Perhaps you'd like to start a reading group here?  Be part of it.

This library is not just for borrowers but for all of us. We need all the community to support it!

If we don't have your support it will close.

Please pledge a donation, and we need volunteers to work in the library or help us spread the word....
